             I hereby certify that I have provided accurate information on this application and submitted genuine supporting documents. I understand that any misrepresentations or omission of facts in my application may justify denial of admission, cancellation of admission or withdrawal from the program.

Applicants  must submit the application by themselves at Admission office when they come to University.

The Documents required for submission prior to being admitted

1. Submit the following documents or equivalent certificates to abac@au.edu Educational Qualification Documents:
               - High School Transcript and Graduation Diploma
- The person who passed the examination for “O” level should pass their examination by grand total is not less than 5 subjects uniquely. By each subject must be passed for their examination not less than ‘C’ grade. And, they must be taken the examination for GCE “A” or “AS” level at least 3 subjects uniquely with not less than ‘C’ grade. Remark : the subject of ‘O’ level can be repeated with the ‘A’ or ‘AS’ level. Nevertheless, the subject of ‘A’ or ‘AS’ level cannot be repeated in the same level. : At least 8 subjects for the total amount.
              
               : At least 8 subjects for the total amount.
(This rule has been set up for applying the application in case of the students who hold the certification only IGCSE, GCSE, and GCE which identified the final result since the year of 2017, or the announcement from the Ministry of Education will release. - IB certificates then at least 5 subjects with grades no less than “4”. - GED Transcript and Diploma.

              - Other equivalent Diploma or Certificate must be authorized by the Ministry of Education.

              Transfer Students :
Assumption University accepts transfer students from institutions where English is the principal language of instruction. In addition to the above, Transfer Students  must submit:
             1. Latest official transcript from the University/College attended; and
             2. Descriptions of courses taken at the University/College.
Copy of passport. (First two Pages)
Criminal record (Chinese applicants)
Criminal record and bank statement covering total all tuition fees (African countries and Iranian)

2. Approved applicants have to pay operations fee payable to “Assumption University” before receiving the Acceptance letter.
3. The Acceptance letter is usually processed within 3 working days after got confirmation from Financial Department.
4. The Acceptance letter delivery may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location/city it is sent to.

Remark : English translated certificates, diplomas and transcripts must be notarized by the Provincial Foreign Affair(s) Service Center.
                          : The operations fee will be adjusted towards the first semester tuition fee at Assumption University.
              : The operations fee is non-refundable, except in cases of Visa rejection.
              : After arrival in Thailand, applicants may receive a Visa for staying in 3 months then the visa can be extended again depending on The Immigration Office process after registration courses.
